Our Process
  1. Evaluate current benefits. We help you analyze where you have been. What types of benefits do you provide? How do employees contribute toward those benefits? Why did they choose the options they chose?
  2. Discover your concerns. Is it cost? The value of the benefits being offered? The need for additional benefits? We help you prioritize your needs.
  3. Gather information. We help you determine what information is needed and how it can best be obtained. This may involve an employee census, a straw model of a plan, or a statement of  financial and benefit objectives.
  4. Create a proposal. We present you with a proposal that includes cost and benefit summaries, discusses the logistics of implementing the group benefits, and identifies the next steps.
  5. Work the plan. We submit the information to your potential insurance partners. We also create and present a concise summary of benefits for your group members, “For Your Benefit . . . .”
  6. Attend your meetings. We service your benefits throughout the year, and not just at renewal time. When you or your employees have a concern regarding their benefits that they have been unable to get answers, we are able to step in, and get the issues resolved on a timely basis.
