Meet the Man behind the Name... |

Tom Armbruster has specialized in designing group employee plans since 1997. Since his start with Prudential in 1980, Tom has focused on the consultative marketing of insurance and financial services to companies, for their key executives and dedicated employees. His ability to articulate clearly about group benefits once earned him an impromptu spot on a Minneapolis radio call-in show. His creative approach has enabled businesses not only to afford their current benefit plan structure, but also allow them to expand their benefit offerings to their employees. Tom has a BS from St John’s University in Collegeville, MN, and lives with his wife, Sue, and two sons in Vadnais Heights. |

Steve Dabelow |
Steve Dabelow is a senior associate at AEEB, Inc. Steve specializes in helping business owners and employees make smart choices about their benefit elections. He has been in the financial services business since 1990 serving both business owners and individuals with their planning needs. Having run multiple family businesses prior to his present position, Steve understands the challenges businesses face regarding their employee benefits, and is able to communicate on their level. Steve graduated from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN, with majors in Economics and History. |

Lori Lance is a Group Benefits Specialist at AEEB, Inc. Lori has 14 years experience working with a variety of small and mid-sized companies throughout the Midwest. She understands how challenging it is to design benefit packages that best fit the needs for business owners and their employees. Lori understands that good health care coverage is more than just the lowest price – it’s about plan flexibility, network access, member services and quality care. Lori graduated from Cardinal Stretch University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with a BS in Management, Magna Cum Laude. |
