In late 2004 Armbruster Executive & Employee Benefits Inc. teamed up with the Independent Community Bankers of Minnesota (ICBM) to provide a full array of group benefit products. From group health to group long term care we have helped over 50 member banks save money and enhance their benefit packages.
 
 
 
 
Also in 2004 the consumer directed health plans with Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) became available and we at Armbruster helped many banks make the transition to these plans. More importantly we provided needed technical knowledge in helping banks in setting up HSA accounts as well as helping them marketing these accounts. We partnered with several banks and/or their insurance agencies to do seminars in their local communities educating local business owners on how to save money with these new health plans. This also led to banks increasing their total number of HSA accounts.
 
 
 
 
We are now saving bankers and their commercial clients even more money with our new Health Savings and Reimbursement Account (HSRA ™) plans. Without changing the benefit level of coverage to bank employees we have been able to save bankers as much as $2,500 per employee on plan per year. A 30 employee group could save as much as $75,000.
 
 
 
 
Whether performing webinars or speaking at association meetings Armbruster Executive & Employee Benefits has become an integral part of the ICBM Association. We have helped in providing value to member banks though saving money on current renewals, and we have been successful in helping banks hold down annual premium increases. We have been a Platinum Sponsor at every annual convention since 2004 and look forward to serving the association and its members in the future.
