Tom utilized his 30+ years in the insurance industry to create a proprietary software tool that compares and evaluates plans across insurance companies, called The Matrix.  His ability to see the relationship of numbers and to compare and contrast them against the current situation is the knowledge Tom shares with clients everyday.  We under-stand your current situation and work  with  you  and your objectives, as a team.  We can identify cost saving patterns that produce results to your bottom line.  We analyze risk/cost relationships, not only for the next plan year, but  plan strategically for several years.
